My fees encompass all time dedicated to the project, including client communication via phone, email, or in-person meetings, as well as initial consultations. Any additional expenses such as office supplies, shipping, or packaging materials will be billed separately at their actual cost. I kindly request that all payments be made via electronic transfer (such as BACS or Faster Payment) within one week of invoice issuance. Regular business hours are weekdays from 10.00 AM to 4:00 PM. While I can accommodate requests outside these hours or urgent tasks, please note that a surcharge may apply to the standard hourly rate for such services.
